Our Office Management team is a powerhouse of 12 members managing 20 offices around the globe. We bridge the gap between workplace hospitality and operational structure, making sure our offices feel like home while keeping our global operations running like clockwork.

  • Culture & Comfort: We take care of day-to-day office needs, host international visitors, and organize team-building events and seminars.

  • Compliance & Logistics: We keep things running smoothly behind the scenes by managing business travel, expense reimbursements, and global company standards.

Now, we are looking for a familiar face to step in and help us set up a dedicated Office Management team for the Group. As an Office Management Group Specialist, you will have a highly visible role, collaborating closely with Office Managers worldwide and our upper management team.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Internal events coordination

  • Control and monitoring of business trips expenses

  • Participate in the standardization of OM processes globally


What you’ll do:

  • Act as the Group’s main point of contact for organizing major cross-country internal gatherings: identify and track participants, prepare and send invitations, and arrange travel logistics, including booking the most suitable flights and, on occasion, hotel accommodations.

  • Take care of the travel insurance requests with our Global provider.

  • Track flight costs, analyze data, and provide smart statistics.

  • Monitor and push for compliance with travel & meal expenses, use of company cards and Uber accounts.

  • Contribute to the standardization, and continuous improvement of Office Management tools and processes, helping to shape future ways of working while proactively addressing the new tasks and challenges that may arise.


You’ll Excel in This Role If You

  • Detail oriented and reliable, who cares about quality results and knows how to handle confidential HR info with total discretion.

  • Autonomous, adaptable and highly motivated to help others.

  • A strong multitasker, who can handle urgent requests and coordinate many moving parts at the same time without losing your cool.

  • Understands data and enjoys working with Google sheets and formulas.

  • Fluent in English, who enjoys cross-cultural teamwork, and feels comfortable reaching out to managers and leadership when needed.

  • Able to think critically, ask questions and challenge how things are done. Ready to take on more responsibilities as the role grows.Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
