We are seeking a highly professional, compassionate, and dependable Nursing Assistant / Administrative Assistant to provide personalized healthcare support and administrative assistance to the Chairman and his wife. The ideal candidate should possess a strong healthcare background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
This role combines basic nursing care, health monitoring, medical coordination, executive assistance, and household administrative support. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted aide, ensuring the principals health, comfort, daily schedules, and personal affairs are managed efficiently.

Healthcare and Nursing Support
- Monitor and record vital signs, blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and general health conditions as required.
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain medication schedules.
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility support when necessary.
- Coordinate medical appointments, laboratory procedures, therapy sessions, and hospital visits.
- Accompany the Chairman and spouse during medical consultations and healthcare-related appointments.
- Maintain accurate medical records, prescriptions, laboratory results, and health documentation.
- Observe and promptly report any changes in health conditions.
- Provide basic first aid and emergency response when necessary.
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, therapists, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
- Manage calendars, appointments, reminders, and daily schedules.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and related logistics.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
- Organize confidential personal and business records.
- Coordinate with family members, drivers, household staff, and external service providers.
- Assist in managing personal errands and special projects.
- Monitor household supplies, medications, and healthcare equipment.
- Coordinate service schedules, maintenance requirements, and vendor appointments.
- Assist in overseeing caregivers, drivers, and household personnel when necessary.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and comfortable environment for the principals.
Required
- Graduate of Nursing, Healthcare Services, Caregiving, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or any allied health-related course.
- With hospital, clinic, healthcare facility, home care, or patient care experience.
- Experience in patient monitoring, medical coordination, or healthcare support.
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures, first aid, and emergency response.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Willing to work on a stay-in arrangement.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hospital, clinic, healthcare facility, or patient care experience.
- Compassionate and attentive to the needs of others.
- Professional, discreet, and service-oriented.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of multitasking.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintains a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license is an advantage but not required.
- Experience supporting senior executives, VIPs, elderly patients, or private households.
- Experience in both healthcare and administrative roles.
- Valid drivers license is an advantage.
- Willing to travel locally and internationally if required.
