Job Summary
This role supports the organization's hiring objectives by assisting in the recruitment process within the Talent Supply Chain function. The individual contributes to sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate interactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and monitor application progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
2. Apply basic sourcing techniques using job boards and professional networks to identify potential candidates for open positions.
3. Conduct initial resume screening based on predefined criteria to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
4. Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and interview panels using internal communication tools.
5. Maintain accurate recruitment records and update status reports using HR information systems.
6. Participate in team discussions to share candidate feedback and support hiring decisions.
