- Performs installation and provide post-sales support for external customers at the least possible time to ensure that targeted and reasonable Turn-around Time is achieved.
- Conducts continuous study, testing, and simulation of our products and solutions. Attend internal and vendor-sponsored training, or industry events to broaden knowledge and skills.
- Acquires technical certifications through self-study, sponsored, and paid certification trainings and examinations.
- Provides support on pre-sales activities such as preparation of Design, BOM, SOW, POC, Demo and Presentations.
- Provide technical assistance to other business groups, and other company related matters as needed.
- Graduate of Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any IT related courses.
- Knowledge in Computer Networking.
- Familiar with at least one server platform (Microsoft or Linux).
- Familiar with Computer Hardware and Software Components and Tools.
- Any technical certification is preferred/advantage but not required.
- Presentation Skills.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-Solving skills.
- People skills/customer and Inter-personal skills.
