Position: Manufacturing Process Specialist

Industry: Manufacturing Automation Industries

Location: Lipa City, Batangas

Schedule: Monday–Saturday

Salary: Php 25,000 gross

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, or related engineering courses
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks is an advantage
  • Background in manufacturing or automotive industry preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, IATF 16949, APQP/PPAP, FMEA, and SPC standards
  • Skilled in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop Flowcharts, Control Plans, and PFMEA for new products and processes
  • Draft and update Process Drawings for both new and existing products
  • Oversee First Article (FA) samples during product development
  • Prepare Work Instructions for production processes
  • Conduct process capability studies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide support in process validation for new product launches
