Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure the efficient operation of production machinery, utilities, and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Maintain records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality Assurance teams to support operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance personnel.
• Manage maintenance budgets and control maintenance-related costs.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health standards.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in maintenance operations within a food manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and food manufacturing processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan and on a shifting schedule if required.
