Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and output targets.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality, food safety, GMP, HACCP, and company standards.
• Prepare and implement daily and weekly production plans.
• Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and shift schedules.
• Monitor raw material usage, production efficiency, and wastage control.
• Conduct regular inspections of production lines, equipment, and work areas.
• Ensure proper machine operation and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare production reports, KPI monitoring, and productivity analysis.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production personnel.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with company regulations.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related courses.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in production operations.
• Knowledgeable in:
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
• Food Safety Standards
• Production Planning and Inventory Control
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and production reporting systems.
• Willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan and on shifting schedules when required.
