  • Review executed documentation for completeness and accuracy (e.g., signature/authority, entity names, collateral descriptions, exhibits/schedules) and confirm all closing conditions are satisfied.
  • Prepare for funding by validating funding instructions, building/reviewing wire cases, and coordinating funding readiness items (e.g., insurance requirements, vendor invoices, payoff statements) as applicable.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps, recommending controls/automation opportunities, and participating in projects to improve cycle time and quality.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience reviewing and/or preparing client documentation (e.g., promissory notes, leases/lease schedules if applicable, guaranties, master agreements, invoices, insurance documentation).
  • Working knowledge of UCC search review and lien/perfection concepts; strong attention to detail with names, entities, and collateral descriptions.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including ability to identify issues, assess risk/impact, and drive resolution across partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage conflicts, facilitate discussions, and influence timely outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage high volume pipelines and competing priorities while maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Experience mentoring and/or providing day-to-day guidance to junior team members.
