We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Leasing Associate to join our dynamic leasing team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the leasing industry while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and solutions to our clients.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support senior leasing associates in conducting property tours, presenting available units, and addressing potential tenant inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including tenant applications, contracts, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss leasing strategies and market trends.
- Contribute to the overall success of the leasing team by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Strong interest in the leasing or real estate industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Some experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Familiarity with leasing software or real estate platforms.
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology and leasing processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or leasing management software is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of property management tools and technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and communication.
