Junior Global Supply Chain Planner

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Daily management of demands from compounding plants and making the purchases to replenish stock

• Solve problems of raw material shortages

• Liaise with the local material coordinators/ site supply chain managers to ensure a smooth and aligned day-to-day planning process

• Participate in cross functional initiatives as the accountable person for fragrances planning

• Optimization and continuous improvement of material availability; global inventory days; inventory write-off; and obsolete/slow moving inventory.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sciences or equivalent work experience.

• At least 3 years of experiences in material planning, supply plannings, or operations.

• Hands‑on experience with SAP IBP (order‑based planning/Excel add‑in) or similar advanced planning systems; SAP ECC/S4 master data familiarity preferred.

• Strong analytical skills; adept at scenario modelling and exception‑based planning.
