- Checks data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill.
- Liaising with the logistics department and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time. Initiates new procedures for billing.
- Implements invoice procedures.
- Tracks, reviews, and issues invoices.
- Defines invoices data types and maintains databases
- Investigates slow approvals
- Uploading and archiving invoice data, as well as filing it Assists past due or denied invoices.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with other financial systems
- Experience in Management, Accounting, or a related field may be preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
- Exceptional math skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software and MS Office.
- High level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Willingness to comply with all local, state, federal, and company regulations
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time.
