Responsibilities

• Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability
• Analyze stock data to identify discrepancies, trends, and inefficiencies
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock movements
• Generate reports on inventory status, shortages, and overstock situations
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances and system issues
• Support inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategies
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and standards
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• At least 1–3 years experience in warehouse or inventory management
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, WMOS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (reports, data analysis, formulas)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in cycle counting and inventory auditing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to work in a warehouse or shift-based environment
