We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh team at Cebu Branch . This role will be based in Cebu - Fortuna. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Role: Client Relationship Management – Analyst
As a client Relationship Management – Analyst you will be responsible for the growth, profitability and client satisfaction of a book of business containing complex priority accounts. We are looking for someone who can handle administrative duties and support senior colleagues in handling accounts, with the potential to progress to a senior client executive role.

- Perform administrative responsibilities, including policy administration and comparative work.
- support senior colleagues in handling Diverse accounts.
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly in property.
- Own device, owing to BYOD policy
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational skills and collaborate with colleagues
- Proficient skills with MS Office Suite – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Effective communicator, both verbally and written, with strong interpersonal skills
