We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh team at Cebu Branch . This role will be based in Cebu - Fortuna . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Role: Client Relationship Management – Analyst

As a client Relationship Management – Analyst you will be responsible for the growth, profitability and client satisfaction of a book of business containing complex priority accounts. We are looking for someone who can handle administrative duties and support senior colleagues in handling accounts, with the potential to progress to a senior client executive role.

We will rely on you to:

  • As an entry-level individual contributor, a Client Relationship Management Analyst is ready to apply the knowledge acquired via an advanced education and to start to develop professional skills with the help of a manager and more experienced team members.

  • Perform administrative responsibilities, including policy administration and comparative work.

  • support senior colleagues in handling Diverse accounts.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly in property.

  • Own device, owing to BYOD policy

  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment

  • Excellent organizational skills and collaborate with colleagues

  • Proficient skills with MS Office Suite – Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Effective communicator, both verbally and written, with strong interpersonal skills
