Role Summary: Lead and coordinate end-to-end software testing activities across enterprise projects, ensuring testing quality, governance, defect management, and successful UAT execution

Functional / Technical Competencies:

• Functional Testing
• Test Coordination & Planning
• UAT Management
• Defect Management
• Agile/Scrum (preferred)
• ServiceNow Test Management (preferred)
• Stakeholder Communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate testing activities and schedules.
• Lead UAT and defect tracking.
• Monitor testing progress and risks.
• Communicate testing status with project stakeholders.
• Ensure testing aligns with quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of software testing or QA experience.
• ISTQB or PMP preferred.

Must Haves:

• Functional testing experience.
• Testing coordination experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Haves:

• Scrum Master or Project Management experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or Postman.
• Enterprise or global project experience.
