Filinvest is expanding its footprint in New Clark City—and we're looking for a results-driven Leasing / Sales Manager to lead the commercial success of Filinvest Innovation Park (FIP-NCC).

In this role, you will spearhead the sales of industrial lots and leasing of RBF units, driving pipeline growth and closing high-value deals across key markets. You'll lead and develop a lean, high-performing team, shape go-to-market strategies, and deliver aggressive yet achievable revenue targets for both standard lots and megalots.

This is an opportunity for a commercially astute leader with strong B2B sales expertise and a well-established industry network, particularly across CALABA, to make a significant impact in one of the country's most strategic growth hubs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales/ Leasing & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve quarterly production of at least 1 lot sold and 1 RBF unit leased over the next 3–4 quarters
  • Develop and execute a leasing and sales strategy aligned with inventory availability and market demand
  • Actively pursue large-scale locators, industrial users, logistics firms, manufacturers, and technology-driven enterprises
  • Lead negotiations and close complex, high-value leasehold transactions

Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, organize, and lead a team of 2–3 leasing agents
  • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance closely
  • Provide coaching, field support, and regular performance reviews
  • Ensure consistent sales messaging, pricing discipline, and professional client engagement

Market Development & Lead Generation

  • Build and maintain a critical mass of qualified leads across Central Luzon
  • Establish relationships with brokers, industry groups, chambers of commerce, and local government units
  • Conduct site tours, roadshows, and presentations to prospective locators
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, legal, technical, and management teams)
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and quarterly performance updates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, leasehold structures, and approval processes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in real estate leasing or sales, preferably in industrial, commercial, or large-scale land developments
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, long-term lease or land transactions
  • Strong leadership experience managing and motivating small sales teams
  • Deep familiarity with Central Luzon markets is a strong advantage
