The Ice Cream Philippines Finance Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial operations and driving the financial strategy of distributor markets. The Ice Cream Philippines Finance Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial operations and driving the financial strategy of distributor markets. What You'll Be Responsible For
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of distributor markets.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports and statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company’s assets and profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve financial goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Has Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Has extensive experience in financial management and can operate confidently in a multinational or distributor market setting.
- Brings strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong leadership abilities.
- Has technical proficiency in financial systems and technology, including SAP and Excel
- Has the capability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals
- Is flexible to adapt to changing financial landscapes and regulatory environments
- Is an expert in identifying and mitigating financial risks to protect the company’s assets and profitability
- Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization
- Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
- Is amenable to work under a fixed-term contract of 10 months
