Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
What You'll Do
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Support workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and organizational development initiatives
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Coach and advise managers on people management and leadership matters
- Facilitate performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support business decisions
- Lead and support change management and organizational improvement projects
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts when necessary
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions for employee concerns
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted HR advisor
- Preferably female (FOR DAVAO)
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 35 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Generalist, Supervisor, or HRBP role
- Strong background in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Performance Management, and Recruitment
- Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR compliance requirements
- Experience supporting operations, logistics, retail, manpower, or multi-site environments is an advantage
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with leaders at different levels
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical and capable of interpreting HR metrics and workforce data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
