- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees and assist HR Supervisor in conceptualizing the department's over-all plans and programs.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Contribute to training program development for staff at Makati Sports Club, Inc.
- Ensure that the daily activities of the human resources relating to staffing, recruitment, training and other HR related activities has been monitored according to plans and programs.
- Attends employees complaints and maintains employees records.
- Responsible for verifying employee attendance such as time schedule, day-off, leave, and secure that this has been approved at the end of the cut-off/pay period prior to encoding to the payroll system.
- Prepares R & F payroll and other HR related report.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position requiring less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Recruiting, HRIS, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Written Communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in talent acquisition, support employee training and development, foster employee relations, and process payroll.
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment with standard working hours, potential for remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and presentation skills, proactive coaching abilities, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
