Primary Responsibilities:

Execute paid online marketing campaigns to assigned markets

  • Execute, monitor and post-campaign reporting
  • Assure that best practices are followed within markets
  • Investigate issues, escalate issues to relevant groups
  • Manage communication between Marketing Specialists, creative agencies, and/or digital media agencies

Generate insights from data leading to a deeper understanding of Cebu Pacific customers

  • Analyze data - statistical/financial, internal/external
  • Consolidate various information into cohesive reports for use in management decision-making
  • Present findings to the relevant group/s

Review and improve existing Digital Media Optimization processes

  • Market research on emerging platforms
  • Market research on target audiences/countries
  • Improvements in ways-of-working

Basic Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree in marketing, integrated marketing communications, and the like
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in digital media buying (agency experience preferred)
  • Experience in implementing paid-ads in Google/ Meta/ Tiktok is preferred
  • Has good attention to detail and time management skills
  • Must have a good understanding of data and data structures
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
