Meet the team:

Global People Services is the team that powers a seamless employee experience across regions and time zones. We support employees through every stage of lifecycle preboarding, data management, benefits, and offboarding while continuously improving how HR operates at scale. This role is hands‑on, high‑impact, and central to how employees experience HR globally. Where you come in:

  • You will support global Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) preboarding activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within defined SLAs from offer acceptance through Day 1 readiness.
  • You will execute preboarding processes for new hires, following established procedures and ensuring data is entered and maintained correctly across HR systems.
  • You will assist with preboarding for senior‑level and high‑volume hiring, ensuring required steps and documentation are completed in a timely manner.
  • You will review and validate preboarding transactions such as start date updates, employee data changes, and onboarding requirements to maintain data quality.
  • You will manage ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets related to preboarding inquiries and requests
  • You will ensure knowledge base articles (KBAs) are reviewed and kept up to date where applicable.
  • You will validate and correct data discrepancies, ensuring alignment and accuracy across HR systems such as Workday.
  • You will escalate delays, risks, or complex issues to HR Representative 4 or the Supervisor in a timely manner.
  • You will help monitor work queues, track progress, and support the team in meeting operational targets and SLAs

What makes you successful:

  • You have hands‑on experience supporting HR operations or preboarding processes using systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
  • You have a solid understanding of preboarding workflows, data entry standards, and Day 1 requirements.
  • You are detail‑oriented and able to follow established processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in day‑to‑day tasks.
  • You are comfortable handling transactional work and managing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • You proactively follow up on tasks and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of requirements.
  • You communicate clearly and demonstrate accountability for completing assigned tasks on time and with quality.
