About the job HR Payroll Staff

  • Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Development Management course.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in Timekeeping, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits
  • Must be willing to be assigned at Paliparan III, Dasmariñas, Cavite.
  • Must have an intermediate knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint.
  • Quick and fast learner. Can easily adapt the instructions and
  • Must have an excellent communication skills.
  • Can work under minimum supervision, independent, team player, organized, flexible, creative and resourceful.
  • Can adapt to fast changes in the work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of SSS Loans (approval thru online)
  • Processing of PAG-IBIG Loans (approval thru online)
  • Processing of Gov't Remittances.
  • Processing of SSS Benefit Claims (Sickness, Funeral, Death, etc.)
  • Processing manual timekeeping and payroll of Part time employees
  • Processing of timekeeping only for direct employees.
  • Answering employee concerns with regards to salary concerns, leave credit concerns etc.
  • Processing of Exit Clearance and Exit Interviews for final pay computation.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues and all employee concerns that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Other tasks that may assign by the HR Supervisor and Head of HR Dept.
