What are we looking for?
Skills Required
- Experience in HR Operations, HR People Services or a similar HR administration environment is essential.
- Demonstrated experience processing new hires within a HRIS; SuccessFactors experience is mandatory.
- The incumbent must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using SharePoint, including working with SharePoint lists is highly advantageous.
- Exposure to Australian Awards and Enterprise Agreements is highly advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding activities.
- Coordinate onboarding compliance, documentation, and system requirements in SuccessFactors.
- Maintain accurate employee and position records in SuccessFactors.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience.
- Coordinate IT, asset, and access provisioning for new hires.
- Monitor onboarding progress and resolve process exceptions.
- Support employee offboarding and workflow compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR operations processes.
- 2x a week onsite (Hybrid)
