HR Operations Coordinator - Onboarding (AU Construction, Hybrid)

Salary: 70,000 PHP

Schedule: Monday-Friday (6:00AM-3:00PM PHT)

Holiday: Victoria, Australia Holiday

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Experience in HR Operations, HR People Services or a similar HR administration environment is essential.
• Demonstrated experience processing new hires within a HRIS; SuccessFactors experience is mandatory.
• The incumbent must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using SharePoint, including working with SharePoint lists is highly advantageous.
• Exposure to Australian Awards and Enterprise Agreements is highly advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  
  

What will you do?

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding activities.
• Coordinate onboarding compliance, documentation, and system requirements in SuccessFactors.
• Maintain accurate employee and position records in SuccessFactors.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience.
• Coordinate IT, asset, and access provisioning for new hires.
• Monitor onboarding progress and resolve process exceptions.
• Support employee offboarding and workflow compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR operations processes.
