Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Experience in end-to-end HR functions, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and administrative cases.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel and conduct branch visits as needed.
