- Proven leadership experience within an educational setting
- Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and quality assurance
- Experience of leading teams and managing staff performance effectively
- Ability to analyse data and use it to inform strategic decisions
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience in safeguarding, student support, and promoting positive outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders
