Responsibilities
- Conduct employee orientations on labor laws and company policies.
- Address employee grievances and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate regularly with third-party agencies and keep records updated.
- Draft, issue, and manage company memoranda.
- Plan and implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and communications.
- Review and enforce company policies and employee handbook.
- Manage proceedings for employee violations, maintain monitoring records, and implement disciplinary actions.
- Ensure proper filing of employee relations documents.
- Maintain good relationships with the community and local government units (LGUs).
- Prepare communications for corporate events and ensure postings on bulletin boards.
- Organize regular company-wide activities.
- Submit weekly reports on violation monitoring and third-party updates.
- Perform other temporary tasks as assigned.
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Political Science.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically Employee Relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and disciplinary procedures (preferred).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines
