The role is responsible for supervising all HSC and Referral Desk Staff and uphold that personalized medical services were given to all members. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervises and monitors HSC and RD staff
- Ensures quality medical healthcare services are render to all members.
- Monitor and collate reports from all HSC and RD and submit to immediate superior on time,
- Handles and decide on concerns raised by Clinic and RD staff, resolves immediately and take appropriate action.
- Guide, coaches and motivates all clinic and referral desk staff.
- Monitor and evaluate clinic expenses and liquidation.
- Ensure that clinic equipment are functioning properly and calibrated on a regular basis.
- Monitor and report steerage.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
