Key Responsibilities:
- Assist US based healthcare providers with administrative and clinical coordination tasks
- Manage patient records, scheduling, and insurance verifications
- Handle medical documentation and maintain accurate patient information in EMR/EHR systems
- Provide virtual patient support and conduct inbound/outbound follow-ups
- Coordinate with patients and healthcare teams to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy regulations
- Support day-to-day healthcare administrative workflows efficiently and professionally
