Responsible for supporting the key managers responsible for tax and regulatory compliance, by adherence to processes and procedures related to the completion of compliance obligations.
In addition, providing general support to the finance manager and finance team in all things required to carry out their key responsibilities.

- Ensures accurate and timely filing and submission of all corporate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, as well as supporting schedules and alpha-lists/reliefs, including Value Added tax, Withholding tax, Income tax, Final Tax, DST and other tax returns that arise during the course of business subject to review of Finance Manager, Tax and Compliance Manager, and Finance Director
- Provide assistance to the Finance Manager, Tax and Compliance Manager, and Finance Director to ensure timely filing of any reportorial requirements with PEZA, BOI, SEC, and other government regulatory bodies.
- Provide assistance and act as liaison for the renewal of business permits.
- Assist in the preparation of the Company's books of accounts to be filed with the BIR.
- Prepare any financial statement schedules supporting the month-end close.
- Assistance with any other ad-hoc tasks within the Finance Department.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong time management / organizational skills with a sense of urgency
- High energy, team orientated
- Ability to quickly adapt and provide resolutions
- Ability to deliver in a fast and efficient in an accurate manner and within TAT
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and must have initiative/self-starter
- Must have the ability to multitask in a dynamic business environment
- Must demonstrate initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude – solutions-oriented and results focused
- Willing to take initiative on tasks when the opportunity arises
- Willing to make suggestions or create efficiencies if they think there is a smarter way of doing things.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting related role.
- Experience in any audit firm is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
