What You'll Do:

Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve departmental goals.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
