Job Description

Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on night shift (8pm to 5am) . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with the execution of transformation strategies to enhance enterprise systems and software solutions, ensuring adoption by end users

  • Execute process transformation tasks to achieve process optimization, operational efficiency, and cost savings

  • Assist with tasks throughout the transformation project lifecycle through Discover, Design, Build, Test, and Implement

  • Collaborate with business partners to understand and document requirements, draft user stories, and execute testing

  • Generate, analyze, and interpret data to develop insights that support strategic decisions and enable business value

  • Assist in developing a data-driven culture through supporting advanced analytics solutions and AI-enabled projects

  • Enable change management efforts to ensure adoption of transformation solutions by business users

  • Work collaboratively with Finance, IT, and functional operations teams

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT or related field

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in business and process transformation, test management, software quality assurance, or consulting

  • ISTQB Certification is a preferred qualification

  • GPC (Global Product Cost) / Finance / RTR (Record to Report) knowledge is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results

  • Strong communication skills, can work with multinational counterparts

  • Detail oriented, with strong business acumen, and experience in evaluating financial measurements and project results

  • Affinity with technology and/or familiarity with analytics tools and techniques

  • Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience with Agile / Scrum framework is preferable.

  • Working level knowledge of Power BI and KNIME is preferable.

  • Experience in managing end-to-end test cycles is preferable

  • Experience in developing training manuals and conducting training is preferable.

  • Important: Must be willing to work in the NIGHT SHIFT.
