Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and system capabilities.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- Strong understanding of financial business processes and their integration within cloud-based systems.
- Experience in analyzing and validating complex workflows to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within cloud financial applications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in documenting functional specifications and process improvements.
- The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
