Description
- Manage financial transactions and budgeting processes for the organization.
- Coordinate and arrange travel logistics for employees, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare financial reports and travel expense reports for management review.
- Monitor travel and financial policies to maintain adherence and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in supplier negotiation and vendor management related to travel services.
- Educational Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level:35 years of relevant experience in financial management and travel coordination
- Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Qualities and Traits:Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Working Conditions:Flexible working hours with occasional travel required
