  • The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
  • The controller will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance and ensure the organization meets its financial objectives.

Financial Reporting

  • Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with accounting standards
  • Prepare and present financial statements to senior management and stakeholders.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasts.
  • Analyze variances between actual performance and budgeted figures.
  • Work with department heads to create and monitor departmental budgets.

Accounting & Compliance

  • Supervise the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
  • Coordinate external audits and ensure timely submission of tax filings.

Cash Flow Management

  • Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity to ensure the organizations financial health.
  • Prepare cash flow projections and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions.

Financial Analysis

  • Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Conduct performance analysis on key financial metrics such as profitability, cost control, and return on investment.
  • Assist senior management with business strategy and operational decisions.

Team Management

  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting team.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within every department.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus).
  • Experience: 3-7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks), Microsoft Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and budgeting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
