Job Summary
Responsible to support the company's employee relations, labor compliance, grievance handling, and ISO compliance initiatives. Serves as a key resource in ensuring fair and consistent implementation of company policies, proper handling of employee concerns, and compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.

- Documentation and Reporting
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Legal Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR Compliance, or related HR functions.
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, due process requirements, and employee relations practices.
- Experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and workplace investigations is preferred.
- Exposure to ISO standards, internal audits, or compliance-related activities is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
