Description
- Manage collections of outstanding invoices in a timely manner
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budget forecasts
- Communicate with clients regarding payment issues and discrepancies
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve collection processes
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in finance or collections
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
