Field Marketing Services Specialist

The Field Marketing Services Specialist drives agency governance and merchandising excellence across Modern Trade accounts, ensuring high standards in product availability, visibility, and in-store execution. This role partners with agencies to deliver compliant, efficient, and performance-driven merchandising operations.

• Manage agency governance, including SLA compliance, performance monitoring, and resolution of operational gaps
• Drive in-store merchandising excellence by ensuring availability, visibility, planogram compliance, and promotion execution
• Partner with agencies to build capability, optimize manpower deployment, and improve productivity
• Lead audits, reporting, and performance tracking using scorecards and KPI-driven evaluations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance merchandising efficiency, compliance, and cost effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, merchandising, or FMCG operations
• Strong background in agency management and governance
• Proven experience in modern trade execution and merchandising standards
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel for field audits and store visits
