Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely transport family members to work, school, appointments, meetings, and other destinations.
  • Follow assigned schedules and ensure punctual arrival and departure.
  • Plan efficient travel routes to avoid delays and traffic congestion.
  • Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, properly maintained, and in excellent running condition.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, oil, tire pressure, coolant, lights, and brakes.
  • Arrange preventive maintenance, repairs, registration renewal, and emission testing when necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and travel logs.
  • Assist family members with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, packages, or personal belongings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family's personal information, schedules, and activities.
  • Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Respond professionally and calmly during emergencies or unexpected situations.
  • Perform other driving or messenger-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Professional Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Family Driver, Executive Driver, or Personal Driver.
  • Knowledgeable of Metro Manila routes and nearby provinces.
  • Familiar with manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
  • Trustworthy, honest, respectful, and maintains strict confidentiality.
  • Physically fit with good eyesight and overall health.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when necessary.
  • No history of serious traffic violations or criminal offenses.
