About The Role

We are seeking a skilled ERP Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions and business process applications. The role involves working across Microsoft technologies and bespoke ERP platforms, including Solarvista, to enhance operational efficiency, automate workflows, and support internal business systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, and internal training platforms, as well as hands-on experience in custom ERP development and system integration.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERP solutions, including bespoke development within Solarvista.
• Design and implement system enhancements, integrations, and workflow automations.
• Support and administer Microsoft-based business applications, including SharePoint and Microsoft Forms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain internal tools, portals, and training platform functionality.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of ERP and business applications.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems.
• Provide technical support and user training where required.
  
  

Requirments

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an ERP Developer, Application Developer, or similar role.
• Experience with bespoke ERP development using Solarvista.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and platforms, including SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft 365 suite, and internal learning or training platforms
• Experience with workflow automation and business process improvement.
• Understanding of database structures, SQL, and system integrations.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience integrating ERP systems with Microsoft applications and third-party tools.
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience working in project-based development environments.
