Assists Employee Relations Supervisor in planning and implementing companys employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.

Professional Qualifications
- Bachelors or College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in Employee Relations.
- Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables.
- Knowledgeable in different HR policies and methods to implement them.
- Knowledgeable in the employment policies and regulations imposed by the state.
- Familiarity with an industrial union environment.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Provides support for the day-to-day operations of the Employee Relations Team.
- Assists in the end-to-end process of Employee Relations.
- Handles and monitors employee records.
- Assists ER Supervisor in the preparation and issuance of Employees Extension and Renewal of Contract.
- Coordinates with Operations regarding the staff and workers recommended for Transfer to another site. Provides the Recruitment Team a list of approved names for transfer.
- Monitors contracts of staff and workers.
- Assists Employee Relations Supervisor in the issuance of Employees Performance Evaluation. Tracking and monitoring of each Staff and Workers Performance Rating and Status.
- Processes Resignation Letter received from Employees and conducts Exit Interviews.
- Checks and monitors Staff and Workers submitted Clearance
- Processes all Incident Report received from Sites and Offices.
- Performs other work-related tasks assigned by the Employee Relations Supervisor and HR Manager.
