Join our team as an HR Generalist and play a key role in supporting our people operations and creating a positive employee experience.

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Compile and update employee records (digital and physical) to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, tardiness, and leaves
  • Handle complaints and grievance procedures in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees
  • Source and interview potential candidates to support recruitment efforts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or in a similar HR/administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning HRIS software
  • Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
