The District Head (Sales Area Coordinator) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating sales operations within the assigned district. This includes managing daily sales activities, supervising field personnel, ensuring efficient route operations, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Sales Operations & Coordination
- College Graduate of any Business course, preferably Business or Marketing
- Knowledgeable in ISO and HACCP
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good communication skills
- With experience in route selling, account and management sales
- Required Skills: Driving, Computer Literate
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned to Bohol area and report to Cebu Plant on a given schedule.
- With driver's license
Job Summary

This includes managing daily sales activities, supervising field personnel, ensuring efficient route operations, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Sales Operations & Coordination
- Plan and manage daily manpower schedules and route assignments
- Coordinate with the Assistant Sales Manager on district performance and activities
- Prepare and submit sales orders per route accurately and on time
- Monitor sales reports, stock levels, and performance of sales personnel
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures (GMP, HACCP, etc.)
- Act as Team Leader for assigned district sales personnel
- Provide guidance on loading/unloading procedures, invoicing, and documentation
- Address operational issues (e.g., delivery delays, vehicle breakdowns) promptly
- Assist or temporarily assume responsibilities of sales personnel when needed
- Conduct regular field visits and route rides with sales team
- Monitor product movement, returns, and exchange activities
- Identify and develop new accounts and business opportunities
- Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints effectively
- Support the Assistant Sales Manager in enforcing compliance and discipline
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
