About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Digital Operations & Content Coordinator to support digital governance, operations and creative communications.

You will manage the administration and data integrity of our Digital Asset Hub, while also creating engaging content that showcases our digital capabilities. This includes presentation packs, case studies, newsletters, short-form videos, event communications and industry award submissions.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong attention to detail with creativity, initiative and an interest in modern digital and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the AppSheet and Google Sheets backend of the Digital Asset Hub.
  • Ensure data is accurate, complete and well organised.
  • Coordinate approvals, sign-offs, updates and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Create executive-ready Google Slides presentations, visual one-pagers and digital content.
  • Edit and produce short-form videos for internal communications and the Digital Capability in Action series.
  • Support newsletters and communications in partnership with the Marketing & Communications team.
  • Develop compelling case studies and coordinate industry award submissions.
  • Organise governance meetings, events, agendas, minutes and post-event communications.
  • Share key updates, recordings and success stories across relevant channels.
  • Contribute to a safe, respectful, inclusive and compliant workplace.

About you

You are a creative and detail-oriented professional who can confidently balance content creation with administration and stakeholder coordination. You take initiative, manage multiple deadlines and enjoy finding new ways to improve business communications.

You will bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Advanced Google Workspace skills, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Experience in project coordination, operations, marketing, communications or content creation.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach.
  • An interest in AI tools, digital trends and modern content formats.

Desirable experience

  • Three or more years’ experience in a relevant role.
  • Experience with AppSheet, databases or no-code platforms.
  • Video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva Video or Adobe Premiere.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini.
