You will need to demonstrate proficiency in various welding techniques, understand safety protocols, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in welding techniques suitable for tunnel construction such Stick welding, Gas cutting (Oxy acetylene), etc.
- Understanding of welding safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to perform precising welding on various metals, including steel and alloy materials used in tunnel construction.
- Skills in performing inspections and tests and welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive experience (typically 1-3+ years) working as a welder in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Additional specialized certifications or training related to tunnel construction (e.g., confined space entry training, TESDA NCII)
- Cabantian Davao CIty
