POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Analyst
WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE:
As a scheduling coordinator, you will work directly with senior executives to ensure their schedules are maintained as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Interact with key business operations through Video conference, Emails and Chat to coordinate project set up, vendor worker onboarding and data management.
  • Work with the execution team to process tasks such as project setup, project amendments and other onboarding activities.
  • Coordination with multiple client teams to coordinate onboarding and get requests to resolution.
  • Research and solving questions on the onboarding process, data and policy based on internal client information and policies
  • Provide status updates on projects during weekly/monthly/quarterly BRs.
  • Data Compliance & Clean up - Analyze and execute initiatives to promote data integrity and data compliance.
  • Calendar support for up to 7 executives
  • Maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and agendas
  • Verifying participant availability for planned meetings
  • Confirming meetings and securing conference rooms
  • Sending reminders of scheduled meetings
  • Rescheduling or canceling meetings in a timely manner
  • Partnering closely with executives to align calendars with their business priorities
  • Quarterly calendar analysis to ensure efficient workflow
  • Large team meeting bookings across global offices
  • Event logistics support (offsites, tech talks, all hands bookings)
  • Travel and expense support (researching flights, accommodations, ground transportation and business meals; processing expense reports)

Project/Team Location: Client Site - Non-Accenture Facility

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Standard Voice Profile; no domain
  • At least 2 years of Voice experience
Preferred:
  • Experience in program and project management with administrative work or support such as executive assistant, admin assistant, virtual assistant, clerical, secretarial, logistics, travel, expenses, hospitality domains on a client facing environment
