  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with travel suppliers to optimize pricing and availability for customers.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Experience Level: 5-7 years of experience in customer service or travel industry
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using travel booking software and CRM systems
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
