- Address customer concerns professionally and work to find quick, effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update and manage customer information, orders, and interactions in the company’s system.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, refunds, or exchanges.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
- Prior experience in a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
