Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information about products or services..
  • Address customer concerns professionally and work to find quick, effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update and manage customer information, orders, and interactions in the company’s system.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Able to work on-site..
  • Amenable to attending an on-site interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary: Up to Php 21,000.00 per month
