About the Job

We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused professionals to join our growing Customer Service team in a remote offshore capacity. Schedule: Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST Work Week: 4 weekdays plus Saturday

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and/or chat interactions
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely, effective resolutions
  • Handle sensitive situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Accurately document customer interactions within CRM systems
  • Maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to support operational goals
Qualifications:
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, web-based applications, and data entry tools
  • Availability to work evening and weekend shifts aligned with EST hours
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
  • Ability to successfully complete HIPAA certification and compliance training
