Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science (BLIS) or a related field.
- Licensed Librarian (RA 9246).
- Experience in academic library operations, ideally within a higher education setting.
- Background in cataloging, classification, reference services, circulation management, and library user support.
- Exposure to basic library automation, digital libraries, and online research databases.
- Proficiency in cataloging, classification, and basic library automation systems.
- Competency in integrated library systems (ILS), database searching, and digital resource use.
- Strong customer service and research support skills for students and faculty.
- Effective administrative abilities in circulation, collection maintenance, and documentation.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
