Job Description
- Contacting customers through digital channels (email, SMS, chat, sometimes calls) to remind them of due or overdue payments
- Monitoring accounts and tracking payment status using internal systems
- Negotiating payment plans or settlement options with customers
- Updating customer records and documenting interactions accurately
- Using dashboards or CRM tools to prioritize accounts and follow-ups
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Use of automated dialers, chat systems, and collection software
- Handling large volumes of accounts through data-driven workflows
- Sometimes analyzing customer behavior to improve collection rates
- Bachelor's degree holder preferably in Business Management, Marketing, Accountancy, Financial Management.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in financial or similar industry.
- Strong communication skills (especially written, since much is digital)
- Basic financial understanding (loans, interest, repayment terms)
- Familiarity with CRM tools or collection systems
- Attention to detail and organization
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Know how to use the MS Office applications (Word/Excel) or reporting tools
